I had never met Dr. Joseph until my scheduled appointment. I believe he was competent and thorough during my exam. I really wish he would have taken a few minutes to properly introduce himself. That would have helped in reducng my anxiety since I normally see Dr. Whitney.
I highly do not recommend this place at all. I went in for my exam picked out classes, but because I’m on state insurance, they decided that’s not important for me or my information to get past along. I even picked out glasses and everything waited almost 2 weeks I called them today just to find out. They have no information about the glasses. I picked out. They have no information about anything. Only my exam that I did you know why because they rushed me in and out of there because I was state insurance. This is the most disrespectful place that you could ever walk into. I was treated with so much disrespect, and I will not recommend this place to anybody. They are so disrespectful so disrespectful if you can stay away from this place, I have never been to an eyeglass Place that has treated somebody with so much disrespect. I went to Newton eye care for the longest time and never once was treated with disrespect. I go to this place for my first time and they messed up and say I only got an exam when I picked out my own glasses and everything told me they would put the order in on a Monday never put the order in never even had the information that I looked at glasses and never even had my glasses down that I picked out Nothing. I do not recommend this place to stay far away from this place that you can
I had not been a patient at Jensen Optometrist prior to needing an emergency appointment due to new issue. They got me in the same day I called! That in itself was wonderful! They were all very kind, thorough and helpful. Dr Whitney, and staff now have a new permanent patient! I would highly recommend Jensen Optometry!
Was not happy with my experience at Jensen Optometry. I will NOT be returning for any further service from them…. Definitely going back to Clarity Eyecare!! So worth the time to wait for an appointment!!!
Dr Jensen and her staff were very welcoming and professional. All of my questions were answered and I didn’t feel rushed. Great job!
