Walked in never having been a patient here before, with an upsetting problem in my right eye. I haven't lived here very long & didn't have an eye Dr. yet. Was hoping to get an appointment in the next day or 2 & get my mind set at ease that this problem wasn't as bad as my mind was worried about. They started taking my info & in minutes I was talking to a Drs assistant & within 10-15mins of walking in the doors, I was being seen by a Dr.! Dr. Klein was friendly, calming, & explained everything in an easily understandable way. He did a very thorough exam of Both eyes & took his time with me & the process. I was Very happy with my visit & everyone there. I have found my new eye Dr & clinic!

Everyone is very sweet, helpful understanding with patience. I appreciate each and everyone, thanks! I especially appreciate my Doctor. She’s very knowledgeable, and displays professionalism at all times, you know she cares. She makes me feel important. Her assistant nurse is so gentle, understanding, and makes you feel very comfortable. Dr Rhoades always does an amazing job of interacting with patients on a personal leaves even before the eye exam itself. She has been a joy and blessing to our whole family.

I was sent here from the ER. They got me into a room quick and set up a care plan with me. Dr. Was very thorough with everything! Super nice and funny too! Environment was clean and well maintained as well! Will definitely be returning for all put eye needs :)

I have been a patient here since back when Dr. DeCook was practicing. My satisfaction is very high with their care. From the front desk crew to the nurses to Dr. Kristin Rhoads to the Opticians to the patient care coordinators my visits are always without any disappointment.
