The office environment was clean and organized, as was the reception area. The staff were all pleasant and helpful and professional. Dr Vargovick and the staff explained all my options to me, as well as my insurance coverage. My eye exam was thoroughly professional. I'm planning to go back for my next visit and I'm also ordering my glasses here. Highly recommend!
Best eye care experience I have had in years, easy scheduling, quick and efficient check-in; friendly staff; provider was thorough, and answered all my questions, and the person who helped me select new eye wear was professional, friendly, and made the final part of the appointment smooth. I love it when I meet someone new that feels like I can talk with them, like I've known them for years. This is one of those places. Everyone here is easy to talk to and so patient. I tried on about 50 pairs of glasses today, (not kidding) and they all gave me their honest opinions so i was able to zero in on just the right pair. They were also fantastic with my husband and my daughter - the whole family will come here from now on. THANKS GUYS!
From the time you walk through the front door, to the time you leave - you are surrounded by positive and knowledgeable staff members. Gage was fun and engaging during my pre-screening. Dr. Masson is thorough, professional and so pleasant to be around. She is terrific when it comes to the questions of her patients. The front desk staff members were beyond helpful assisting me picking out glasses - which we all know can be tough. On top of that, their glasses selection/variation is by far the best! I am beyond happy to be a patient at CVC vision.
The staff were very kind and showed great expertise. The receptionist was knowledgeable about insurance and paperwork. Dr. Vargovick was thorough and took the time to explain everything. Carly Rogers helped me find exactly the right frame. A great place for your eye care needs!
