I recently had some imaging here. The process was very easy. I was checked in and ready to go in only a few minutes. All the staff members were professional, courteous, and kind. The procedure did not take long and they had me in and out quickly. Nothing but respect and gratitude for all the folks here.

I have good and bad experience here. Tell me where do you go when the best Dr in Michigan will not do what needs to be done. We have to drive 4hrs to get here and often and she says I don't wanna do it. What we drive four hrs cuz there's no other choice up north. An the one they call the best can't do it. I drove for her to tell me that she didn't want to do it. Why couldn't you just call me for that. Now what do we try out of state? Idk. But I'm down here again today for another apt .. northern lower mi needs to get some Drs. This is crazy. And as far as service well it feels like your push through, just a paycheck for them. A lot of customer service issues . Does everyone there not like their job idk. But I hope I have a great experience with them today.
Ive been a patient at UM West Ann Arbor Health Center for over 30 yrs. My PCP retired. I was assigned a new doctor. My last experience there was not good. They left me in the lobby never completed the check in process and tried to blame it on the system. They went in system and rescheduled my appointment time an hour later to cover themselves. Had I not gone up to desk I may have ended up waiting longer. The other problem I have is I met with my new pcp. Some of the things we discussed during my visit she never mentioned in the patient summary notes. When I sent a note through the portal the responding physician tried to make me think I was crazy as if I was asking for something that wasnt discussed during the visit. UM definitely needs to go back to the standards of "Patients and Families First" and start holding Physician's accountable. Im in the process of searching for a new PCP.
Radiology was so fast and kind! Information and directions before I arrived. They were already set for me. Detailed oriented and organized.
