Worst experience i’ve ever had anywhere. I have never written a review or said something to a service provider who was being rude. As soon as I came in and the receptionists, a 40-50s year old long blonde, super curly hair was completely rude right off the start, cutting me off and had an attitude with me. I work a 9-5 and that is also basically the hours of this place.. My appointment was at 1pm I came 5 minutes early on my break from work instead of the recommended 15 which I apologized for and she belittled me for it our entire conversation. I only had a photo of my insurance card and she goes okay well you have two minutes to find it or we wont see you with the biggest attitude. I found it in the two minutes, they have a system for when you only have a photo copy of your insurance card and that system did not work and I was not allowed to have my appointment. She said and did many other rude things in between this and as she was rescheduling me she asked when i worked i told her 9-5 and she put her hand to her face and said Oh my god!! and shook her head at me with an attitude. thats when i finally said something or gave any kind of attitude, I told her i don’t appreciate how rudes shes been since i walked in, she explained they had a process and i messed it up, so i explained as a 19 year old to a 40-50s year old that a part of her job is being kind to even the most unprepared or rude customers, i then told her i did not need rescheduled and grabbed my things, and told her to have a nice day, which she did not respond to. This whole situation was appalling and it’s ridiculous a 19 year old should have to explain human decency and kindness to someone at her grown age. I would also like to add 2 other people came in during this interaction and she treated them the same, interrupting them and having an attitude.
