Dr. Dayhoff was great!! I switched locations just because of timing/availability & I'm glad I did! I will keep coming here. She listened to my questions & felt the exam was thorough! Also the guy (I forget his name) as the desk & who did my starting stuff was very friendly and helpful!
My experience with Clarkson Eyecare Centerville was exceptional. The optometrist was knowledgeable and took time to answer my questions, the glasses salesperson was kind and thoughtful and the office manager was so helpful to accommodate my every request. After ordering my new glasses, I came back the next day doubting my frame decision, and the office manager was patient with my indecision and provided excellent customer service and helped me find the perfect pair of glasses. I was treated with the utmost kindness and professionalism by the entire office. I would recommend this business to anyone!
I was really glad about the great care they give an individual personalized attention. Dr. Sydney makes the atmosphere comfortable and easy to relate to with questions. The front counter staff was excellent, they helped get my insurance straightened out. The technician at the fitting was polite and courteous and added tinting to my prescription. Thank you Chris. What i will look like after I get them in.👓
I have came to this for the past 2 years. Dr. Dayhoff is so sweet and caring. She spends the time with and explains all her findings. Pamela helped me with contacts and glasses. She was super sweet and helpful. I recommend this office to my friends and coworkers.
Clarkson’s front desk staff and doctors are kind and efficient. I’ve gone to this location for 4 years and the service is consistently great. With any doctor’s office, it’s beautiful when your appointment runs as you anticipate. Highly recommend.
