They were rude and didn't even seem to understand the eye testing and procedures they performed. Some guy who said he used to test air force pilots eye sight did my exam not even a real optometrist or something lol. Of course they said my eye sight was incorrect because of an astigmatism I guess. Because he saw me squinting. No mention of anything else. After was over got a call from the actual optometrist lady I guess, she had been on vacation and calling demanding i pay for exam and that I had to pay because im responsible for my irresponsible wife, because I married her so I have to pay lol 😆 like some kind of old fashion stuff from an old 50s 60s movie very old fashion sexist remarks. It was very uncouth and disturbing and from a female Doctor 😳. Anyway i shut down her remarks and hung up. Later the insurance paid as previously determined and accepted and it was only a mistake or delay by the insurance company. Later I went to an actual optometrist office and got an exam, eyes were fine and have nearly 20/20 vision.Our insurance paid and the Doctor or office never called or harassed us and the Doctor, she was very nice. Glad I went somewhere else. What a scam! This was all a while ago but I didn't forget to finalize my review doc!

The people who work there are very helpful and professional. The fact that I can’t sit down for the final fitting, at 85 is unacceptable. This is causing me to make another trip. I didn’t have enough time to realize they are pinching my nose. This is neither efficient or good business.

The best eye doctor experience I have ever had. Been to tons of doctors and this was amazing. I’ve had glasses since I was three years old. These people were SUPER NICE, helpful, and knowledgeable about everything. It was seriously the best experience and I will be back. I recommend them to anyone ❤️

This review is not about the optical employees but the optometrist and the person doing their scheduling. I called to see about making an appointment and before I could finish my sentence was cut off. The lady I spoke to was very rude, she cut me off and informed me how far out they were scheduling. I told her I wanted to know if they took my insurance and upon sharing what I had, she was rude again. Told me she had never even heard of my insurance. I just don't want to go somewhere and be treated so rudely from the get go. Do not recommend at all.

Scam… I went here because i had vision issues and a scape on my eye. The doctor said she didn’t see nothing. Then the same day my cornea was scraped bad. I couldn’t even drive home. Went to the ER and they said i had several scratch’s on my eye. I called this place and asked for my money back. Because i had to pay another doctor to check my eyes. They never called me back and then i have been playing phone tag for months. There was also a nasty manger named Tracey. She was super nasty and really not listening. She hung up on me and then when i came up to the place she threat to call security because i was upset. Because they wouldn’t give me my prescription. I will never work with this office again pure scam artist and Tracy don’t know what she doing
