The front desk ladies are SUPER NICE making my experience at an eye docto clinic super comfortable and enjoyable as well, I would totally recommend to anyone trying to have a great experience at the eye doctor clinic. I will definitely be coming back for future visits! Wonderful people to work with!!
I felt the technician that took me back had no personality. Didn’t really say anything. I asked her if she could clean my glasses and she said you’ll have to go upfront and get it done. Secondly, when I came out after my checkup, the gal that sat down with me. I asked her to find the same sunglasses I had before so she looked it up and evidently couldn’t find it, but she walked away after I thought she was looking for the glasses and I had asked for a quote on the to purchase a pair and she went over to some guy and start talking to him for over 10 minutes and let me set and I just walked out. Worst customer service I’ve ever had at the old Oxboro Wyatt Peterson is an amazing eye doctor and that would be the only reason I go back, but if he changes, I change the staff needs to be more customer, friendly, and helpful. Never have I ever gone in there and someone walked away after they sat with me to help me with my glass order
All the employees are nice and polite. Every understanding on when your eyes do the wrong thing during the examination. Dr Peterson is an awesome doctor listens to what you have to say and gives good insight to help you.
I had such a great experience with one of the employees here, everybody was so welcoming & nice & super helpful. I wish I could remember her name but she helped me pick out 2 glasses & gave me her opinion on all of the glasses I tried on. She was so helpful & made the experience feel like I was shopping with my bestfriend. Thank you so much!! The place is so clean & so beautiful. With lovely staff!!
Everyone was so nice and helpful. When I had questions everyone was very informative. They seemed to enjoy working at the clinic. The Doctor is so nice and approachable and informative.
