Dr. Bierman and his staff do a great job of explaining all of your options and assisting you in finding a good fit for your glasses and contacts. They are always friendly and accomodating. I've been going to Dr. Bierman for years and will definitely continue to do so.
The eye Dr was great. But when it came to picking my glasses no one really helped me to pick them out plus I felt rushed and being I had Medicaid there was no nice glasses had to pick something I didn't really like but if I wanted to get a nicer pair I had to come out of pocket over $200 or more to get a pair that was nicer really disappointed will not return to this place
The staff is super nice. Turn around time for glasses isn't too bad. The waiting room and the exam rooms are clean. The staff answered all my questions and during my exam they explained what each step of the eye exam was.
10/10 would recommend. Super friendly staff and doctor! Always goes above and beyond.
