Scam !!!! AVOID this company at all costs. My experience was terrible. After my appointment, I paid everything I was told I owed and was assured that my insurance had covered the rest. At no point was I informed that there might be additional charges or that I could receive another bill later. Months afterward, I received a notice from a debt collection agency claiming I owed more money because certain services were allegedly not covered by my insurance. This was the first time I heard about these charges. Instead of clearly communicating with me and giving me an opportunity to address the issue, they sent the account to collections. Their billing practices were illegal, misleading, and completely lacking in transparency. Patients should be clearly informed about potential costs and outstanding balances before accounts are sent to debt collectors. The stress and frustration this caused were completely unnecessary. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone. Be very careful and make sure you get everything in writing regarding insurance coverage and billing before receiving services. At the end they just want to add extra charges not covered by insurance so after all they can get more money from you illegally!
