I'm a real pissy customer when it comes to glasses. Given EssilorLuxottica's chokehold on the entire industry, I typically come into my glasses buying experience ready for war. I came to the Franconia location with a spreadsheet on my phone of wholesale price averages on different brands to compare to the store's prices (many places markup 400-500% on frames). I was ready to call them out and hardball negotiate them into submission. I was completely disarmed. They weren't marking anything up unreasonably. They were delightful to speak to. I turned my bot off and bought three pairs of glasses. All three pairs came out excellent. Beyond that, the eye doctor and her staff were great. Front desk was friendly, the tech made me laugh and charmed my glasses off, and the doctor shed light on my lifelong eye condition that literally every single eye doctor in my past had failed to adequately explain. Can't recommend them enough.
