I got my glasses a couple months ago, I have now learned that my face is small and the frames are too heavy for my nose and they are causing headaches and pain on my face. When I went in Friday to see what you guys can help me with I was met with no care and no willingness to help. The guy told me I would have to pay 80% for a new pair and an additional $40 fee. I paid $500 for the glasses I’ve had for less than a few months, and was just told to buy a new pair. He did not try to adjust and fix the frames to ease my pain. Just said he couldn’t do anything and to purchase a new pair. It was the worst experience for me and as a person who’s new to wearing glasses. Will not come back! I wish I could get my money back! The white man with the curly hair. Truly ruined my day.

Traveling through for a trip and had a contact emergency and needed a new pair, stopped at several places unsuccessfully. Last stop was Clarkson Eyecare and they were AMAZING!!! Got me what I needed and on my way!! ❤️

Had the best experience at clarkson eye care on brickton rd in columbia today! The employees and Doctor were pleasant and knowledgeable and the office manager Paige made our visit smooth and efficient with a great attitude!! Definitely recommend!!

Been going here for years. This is not about the service you will receive from the doctor but the appointment scheduling. The website is crap and could bot get it to load for nothing or accept my choices and when I called it is some third party hired customer service that asks a million questions. It took me 20 minutes just to book an appointment, my eye exams don’t even take that long. Needless to say, I will find me a more local provider and will be canceling my appointment.
