Dr. Dean and her staff are amazing!! She truly cares about your eye health, very patient, and thoughtful with recommendations. Definitely glad to have her as my new eye doctor!

Staff is friendly and took good care of me. Pricing seems fair to other places I’ve been. I have to imagine previous reviews were for a different doctor because the doctor I saw was very kind, informative, respected my space and she respected my time.

RUN AWAY, don’t walk…I went in as a new patient for a checkup to renew my RX (I needed new contacts). I experienced two serious issues. (1) The doctor was touchy to the point that I felt uncomfortable in my appointment. While sitting in the exam chair, he sat so close to me that my knees rested against the inside of his thighs. There was nowhere for me to go for the duration of the exam and I felt trapped. (2) The cost was unreasonable. I was told a self-pay checkup was $95 ($65 base “exam fee”plus $30 image “exam” - see receipt image). I was concerned when I was charged $145. When I inquired further, the staff informed me the doctor “likes to do extended exams” (which, conveniently for him, cost an additional $50). I did not ask for an extended exam nor was I informed I would receive one beforehand. It seemed the doctor/clinic traded transparency for an extra $50 in my case. I will NOT return.

I had my annual eye exam and was very impressed how the Optometrist took the time to go over everything and I felt like it was one of the best exams I have received

The doctor is nice, but the prescription is just uncomfortable even after adjustment. Useless and have to find somewhere else
