I went into my appointment and got my eye exam and the Dr.told me that I need cataract surgery , she said I could give you new glasses, but it’s not gonna do anything until those cataracts are removed and getting glasses would not make a different I would not see any improvement whatsoever :( She could’ve easily gave me new glasses and took that money, but she was very honest with me and I love that :)
Staff and doctor were very helpful and professional. Explained my insurance coverage and charges. I felt very confident in the service I was receiving.
I wouldn't waste your time at this location. I've had an appointment scheduled for a year, and I received a text, not a call, 2 weeks before the appt that it's been cancelled with NO reason as to why. Not a phone call to the patient offering another day or time. Terrible service and not the way patients deserve to be treated.
Everyone was very polite and professional. All of my questions were answered so I could understand what’s going on with my vision. 😊
The staff was very friendly and helpful! And Dr. Day is awesome - she spends time and explains everything!!
