The staff at the Farmington MO location were great. It was really nice they were able to get me an appointment so quickly. Dr Cortner was fantastic. She really took time to try to determine what my eye issue was before referring me on to a specialist. I really appreciate that they took my situation seriously and moved me right along in the process.

The staff was great. My wife needed transitional reading glasses. 20/20 at the top and 1.75 at the bottom for reading to allow her to wear them all the time. My wife and I both explained this but what she got was basically expensive reading glasses. Don’t get me wrong, she loves the frames but as it is she could have kept her cheaper ones. When I returned to the store with the issue, I was given the option to spend an additional $268. (The lady was polite and informative)
I was so disappointed in this place.I still can't wear my new glasses because they didn't put the anti glare on them as directed. So they are useless to me. For a price they would have added it later, but after paying for them to be done a certain way and not receiving what was ordered ,no way we're we going to pay this place more. We started out going to Clarkson in the beginning in Crystal City,But this one in Farmington Mo is the worst, Not going there anymore. Very disappointed.
Very happy with my son's eye exam. Doctor was very knowledgeable. Ours was a nero issue and I got a lot of questions answered.
The ladies that waited on me were so friendly and helpful. The doctor was very nice too. They also had a good selection of glasses. 👓
