They were fantastic, the new younger doctor there really nailed the prescription. No strain. Perfect. They were familiar with medicaid and knew which frames I could look at. All around fantastic experience. Used to use America's best but switched to this Walmart a few years ago and have never had any regrets. Got an appointment fast. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
Super friendly, usually able to get you in quickly, very clean & professional environment. Reasonably affordable choices for exams & glasses, and a well-stocked selection of frames. My only complaint is that they are super picky about which insurances they accept. It'd be nice if they opened up to more insurance providers!!! Overall great eye doc!
This is the first Wal Mart vision center I've been to that was actually helpful. The staff are friendly and make sure you get what you need. The lady helping me made sure I got the most benefits from my insurance so I'd have less out of pocket cost. The doctor is the first one to NOT treat me like uncomfortable contact were my own fault. He let me try out several different kinds to find the best fit for me. I'm very pleased!
Informed by a staff member that they don't accept my insurance despite it being shown on both their website and my insurance website. Funny thing is I sent my insurance card to a friend and when she went in just 10min later same woman looked at the card and said "yes we accept it". Guess my card was the wrong "color".
I have been here before and they were always wonderful. I’m getting ready to go back but had to call for prices. Kathy answered the phone and was very helpful and nice. Glasses eye exam:$50 Contacts eye exam:$80-85 No walk ins, appointment only.
