Exam fine. This is what happened. I called asked cash price exam. $80. I made appointment asked again, $80. Had my visit price $80 paid cash. Then I get a bill for $20, exam was $80 every time I asked and paid. Sent message, said that. Just got another bill, $20. It’s not the money, it’s the principal. I will be contacting BBB, and won’t return.

Very very good service here. All the staff are wonderful. They are up to date and watch my eyes for me (my family has many eye conditions to keep up on). Thank you also for not dilating my eyes it really bothers me. I appreciate great service always. Thank you
Nice people. Very efficient. Our kiddo has special needs and is not verbal so, it's difficult at times to handle these types of appointments. The Dr was actually able to test and had us on the road in probably 15-20 minutes.
I have been seeing Dr. Kwan for several years and am very pleased with her care. Not only is she great at the technical aspects of that care, she is also invested in ensuring that I understand what she has seen and the right way to achieve the best outcomes.
Staff is always very helpful, patient, and kind from front desk interactions to buying frames/lens to the physicians themselves. My eye exam and later dilation were fully explained to me when I had any questions. Picking frames out was a breeze, they were fully educated on what Medicaid covered for me, and very patient while waiting on me to pick a frame. And last week when I needed referred out for further investigation into vision issues, the staff searched to find a provider that accepted my insurance instead of leaving it up to me to figure out. I appreciate them so much!
