Awesome customer service! Everyone was so helpful, professional, knowledgeable and extremely polite. I brought my wife in for her scheduled appointment and while I was there I intended to make myself an upcoming appointment. They worked me in right after my wife’s appointment which is not what I asked to do. But they wanted to work me in because of the distance we drove from our house so we didn’t need to make another trip on a later date. I can’t say enough on how nice and accommodating all the ladies were to us. Please tell them all what a great job they did and also presented Clarkson in a positive light. You have 1st class ladies at your Festus, MO location. Thanks again ladies for all you did for my wife and I.

Staff was polite and so helpful! We have a big family and had multiple appointments at one time. Everyone took great care of us and we found really cute glasses for this school year!

By far the best eye exam I have ever had! Pleasant staff, state of the art equipment, quick and efficient! It was a really enjoyable experience and I got fantastic new pair of glasses!

Went to this office and saw Dr Duncan. He did a superb examination. I was very please and the staff was also great. I bought 2 pairs of glasses and there was no pressure from the girls to buy. Thanky you so much!
