Horrible experience! Response to the owner: To clarify the record: I had already completed all required intake paperwork on my first visit. On this second visit, I simply asked for an explanation regarding how my external medical data was accessed. I did not raise my voice, nor was I disrespectful. Rather than providing an explanation or allowing me to speak with management, your receptionist simply told me to leave. Asking questions about my medical privacy is not 'disrespectful,' and using that narrative to justify refusing service and refusing a simple conversation with the owner or an office manager is incredibly unprofessional. Protecting my medical privacy and asking how my data was retrieved is my right as a patient. I handled this inquiry completely calmly, without raising my voice or being disrespectful in any way. Turning a reasonable question about data consent into an accusation of disrespect is uncalled for. Future patients should know that asking questions about your data practices here is met with a refusal of service rather than an explanation.
