This dr has no compassion for his patients with glaucoma. Waited in waiting room for an hour then left, then was told they would not refill my eye drops. This place is sub-par at best. Dr. Eck in Fenton is where I'll be going. Avoid this place. Your time is not valued here.

All of the staff is very welcoming and pleasant. Dr. Nacke is fantastic. He is thorough in his eye exams, and is always happy to answer questions. The entire office truly cares about their patients. I highly recommend them.
The staff was pleasant, knowledgeable and friendly. This was my first visit and I was quite impressed. There was also quite a large selection of frames to choose from but I had went in months before and found a pair that they held for me until my appointment. Would definitely recommend this place and it was recommended to me by Essence Insurance my Medicare plan. Quite a hidden gem.
It is always a pleasure to get our annual eye exams with Dr Karacal. Eye Health is very important and after visiting Premier eye Associates, we know we have received the best care we can. Super support staff, and a lovely experience every year. Well, except for driving home with dilated eyes.
