I've always had a great experience here. Dr.Brown and his staff are great . They really pay attention to what I say about my eyes. And as far as the fitting goes for glasses. They really take their time to go through glasses with you whether you go through two pair or 20 pair they're very patient and knowledgeable about their products.

The doc & the other staff were way to awesome to only work with eyes. We need people like them in more corners of the medical world. Keep being awesome.
I was having issues with my eye over the weekend. Clarkson Eyecare was able to get me in quite quickly to see Dr. Brown. He was thorough and I left feeling good about my visit.
Left multiple messages with billing and never got a response. My insurance company was billed for a trial pair of contacts which apparently maxed out my benefits. Cost almost $500 out of pocket for exam and 1 year of contacts after insurance. I can't read up close anymore, but who knows what they will charge to fix the prescription since trials cost $150 a pop. Fortunately, this happened in December, and my benefits renewed Jan 1, so hopefully I will have better luck starting over elsewhere.
After 6 months and two remakes, they still couldn't get my eyeglass prescription right for distance, reading, OR computer distance. They ended up convincing me that I needed another $400.00 pair just for computer distance, and those still don't work. So....$1000.00 total later (with insurance!), I still can't see and have painful eye strain. Only gave them one star because Shay TRIED to be helpful, but overall the office is horribly overpriced and underqualified.
