Excellent staff, they were able to accommodate my request for an appointment change with pleasure. The office is in a good location with easy parking, also it is very clean and well organized. Dr Phillips is always cheerful and patient in answering my questions and concerns. 100% recommend
My eyes where completely dialeted when I had to pick frames so I got something I wasn't sure about. After getting the frames they fit ok, needed adjustments somewhat because my nose is crooked but instead of adjusting the nose piece they stretched the ear parts out so the glasses won't stay on, furthermore the bifocals where to high and placed in the middle, they didn't put the anti glare on them either but I was not aware my insurance didn't cover that upon the order or I would have paid to have that done. It's been around a month now, my glasses have been sent back to the lab for a 3rd time because this time the lenses don't even fit in the frames. I asked to just trade out frames since they don't fit and it was a no so now I'm waiting for the original ones with hopefully the right lenses this time to come in.
These people are the worst. I went there over a year ago and had a terrible experience. They accused my 7 yr old daughter of lying about her vision difficulties. I was willing to let it go but now they won't stop calling me with solicitation calls. 3 times I've asked them to remove me from their marketing. I reported them to the attorney general's hotline and the Missouri do not call a line. Still keep calling me. So now I'm just going to leave a poor review everywhere I can until the calls stop.
I'm so happy you were able to get me in on such extremely short notice. Amanda is so professional and assisted me on my options. Dr Phillips is so kind and extremely knowledgeable in her field! Kudos to the rest of team up front!
