Rockwood Eye care has been outstanding in diagnosing, testing, listening to my issues and treatment of my optic needs. Dr Jacques is beyond thorough in his evaluations and explanations of my conditions. The office’s optician, Mindy, is quite knowledgeable, friendly, patient and helpful. I’m so glad that my physical therapist and occupational therapist recommended that I be seen there!!!

Dr. Jacques is a highly knowledgeable optical specialist. He was able to do extensive testing in his office, which allowed him to show pictorial evidence of what was happening to my husband's eyes post-stroke. Because he is passionate about patient education, he uses common analogies that help him explain the highly sophisticated test results in a way that is easy to understand. He prescribed optical exercises to strengthen areas where deficiencies were revealed. His staff is also very friendly and efficient. They possess the knowledge to work with your insurance provider and take the time to do so on their patients' behalf.

Dr Jacques is fantastic! I had never been to the eye doctor before (I never thought my vision was that bad) however, developing a stigmatism i decided to finally go. He explained my entire vision plan to me, and was incredibly patient and kind throughout the whole process. When I got my glasses, they offered to make adjustments to all of my sunglasses as well as my new prescription. I couldn’t believe my eyes when I put the glasses on and everything became so much more clear! Very affordable, and the entire staff was very friendly.
