My experience was wonderful from beginning to end! I made my appointment on line and it was quite easy, and it was followed by a confirmation call. The appointment itself was fantastic from the moment I walked in until I left. Everyone was not only efficient but friendly and helpful as well. Dr. Christy was very knowledgeable and thorough. She explained everything in terms I could understand and appreciate. All my questions and concerns were more than adequately addressed. I would highly recommend Wildwood Vision Specialists to anyone needing eye care.

Dr. Christy Hayes and staff are excellent! From the warm welcome at reception to the exams to selecting glasses, one is impressed with the care, professionalism, equipment, and expertise. Each person takes time with the patient and cares about their wellbeing. I have benefited greatly for several years from this exceptional practice. Knowing I can entrust my eye health to Dr. Christy, gives me peace of mind. I actually have fun getting my eye exam. Thank you to all of you for making each patient feel special.
I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with an eye doctor. Dr. Kimberly E. Brown was rude, dismissive, and made me feel like my concerns didn’t matter. Instead of helping me, I felt like I was being treated as just another way to make more money. I’ve been wearing toric contact lenses for years, but when I wanted to order my usual contacts, I was told I had to come in for another visit just to try them again. It felt completely unnecessary and seemed like an excuse to charge me for another office visit. I’ve never had this issue before. The customer service has gone downhill, and I no longer feel like this office cares about its long-time patients. Everything seems to revolve around charging for extra appointments instead of providing quality care. I left feeling frustrated, disappointed, and disrespected. Based on my personal experience, I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for honest, patient-focused eye care
Previous eye place forgot about my appt in January, called but couldn't get appt for 2 months. Ba humbug. Called wildwood vision, got appt 1 day later, had a great appt with their staff and Doctor Brown. Very complete annual checkup, and gave me some wonderful advice for a follow-up eye procedure. Extremely comfortable with the entire experience. Well done!!
After moving from NJ to STL area, I tried several eye doctors, they all gave me similar contact lenses prescriptions. Until I tried Dr. Hayes. She drastically changed my prescription from my previous ones and wow, what a difference it made! I can see both far and near much better without having eye fatigue in the evening and wearing a reading glasses! The Wildwood vision office staff are also very friendly and caring. They all follow up with you after the care with phone calls and text messages, very easy access to the doctor after the appointment if you have additional questions. Now my whole family have been seeing Dr Hayes and the Wildwood Vision for years, we are all very happy and satisfied with the care we got.
