Great office! Very organized and everyone was super friendly. They explained everything they were doing and supplied me with things to watch for as I age. Highly recommend!

Ever since Whitney left, the office has gone downhill. The eye doctor is nice and good for eye exams/ eye health. However, office staff and office manager is pretty rude and did not rectify a mistake. 1. Did not inform me of the mistake; 2. To be more patient oriented, they should automatically do express shipping/ a rush on the order to make sure the patient gets the product in accurate time despite the mistake. Was talked to the office manager she was extremely rude and informed the product would come in this week. Come end of the week still no word on a delay of shipment or if it’ll be longer than expected. After this… May find somewhere else to go, not very patient oriented. Be better :)

I do NOT recommend this business and their predatory billing practices. They send bills out the year after service asking for money they can’t justify you owing. They are unresponsive and unhelpful. Go anywhere else. Clarkson responded and asked that I email them and they would contact me. I emailed, they didn’t contact me. Further proof that they simply do not care.

Everyone on there, from the office staff to my doctor was absolutely amazing and beyond kind. I was the very last appointment and they all still took their time with me and did not make me feel rushed. I was so worrried about switching to new place but am so glad I did!!!

GREAT PLACE!!! Loved my visit there staff is friendly, Adrienne was very helpful and understanding of my needs and situation, Dr Kerns was very sweet, also great service and cared very much about getting my prescription right.
