Listen, lenscrafters (glasses side) are PHANOMIAL. However the eye exam side is why I have to give the 1 star. The staff are great but when I pay $200 for glasses and a dr got my prescription wrong, yea I was nearly in tears cause as soon as I put them on my face I got a headache. They were extremely TOO strong. Ive worn glasses since I was 8 and im 32 years old. In 26 years of EXPERIENCE ive NEVER in my life had a dr get my perception wrong. Was told to wear them for a week (I didnt because I couldn't put them on without getting a headache or seeing DOUBLE vision). Then make an appointment for to recheck my vision. Done that. The dr admitted the first prescription was too strong. Went to pick up my new prescription just to be disappointed that I still cant see properly cause its still too strong. So I will be going back to vision works to have a second opinion. The only reason we switched to LENS CRAFTERS was cause of our insurance. But id rather pay out of pocket 100 percent on a dr I know is going to get my prescription right the first time. Again, staff is great. Dr sniper is a nice gentleman but just wrong profession.

The doctor was wonderful. I was in a bad accident 3 weeks ago and was having some pain in my eye and she was very thorough in her examination and she took the time to really explain what was going on with my eye and what happened in the accident to cause it. This was extremely helpful and it eased so much of my anxiety. I am so grateful to Dr. May!

I really appreciate the service I got. I was seen fast and treated well. I have been having issues with my eyes for a while and the contacts that I wear, well the Dr found that I had been given the wrong prescription. It is a whole new day today with me being able to see correctly! I am recommended all my friends and family go here.
