Other family members go to this location at Vision First in FernCreek. I am new & it was a wonderful experience, calming environment, outstanding customer service & knowledgeable front desk staff. I have complex health conditions and have learned to make sure it’s a good fit per se, after meeting Dr. Starkey I knew it was a great fit.

Nice, clean, new facility. All staff were pleasant and friendly. Thorough and patient in my initial eye exam. Dr. Starkey was pleasant and took his time with me. Friendly. Professional. Informative, and answered all my questions completely.

I always have the best care at the Fern Creek VisionFirst, from the moment I check-in with staff. The eye testing I have is done very well and the eye doctor always explains my results. The ease of appointment making is great. I had a very positive experience all around. The doctor always explains my treatment and what is going on with my eyes. He is the first that does that in years of going to other local eye doctors. I will come back.

Have had glasses for 50 years and this is the best eye glass visit I can remember. Optometrist was awesome and the support staff friendly, engaging and professional. Took my insurance. A bit pricey if you pick name brand frames and load up the lenses with transitions and progressions. But its so you can be totally functional. Highly recommend and will never go anywhere else

Practice manager, Cole Tanner is the most professional and helpful individual. From the time you walk in the door yo the time you walk out, everyone greets you, they’re friendly and more than willing to help in anyway they can’t. Dr. Starkey, amazing! Dr Starkey is informative takes the time to talk to you, puts you at ease by answering your questions. I can’t say enough about his professionalism and how well care for I felt come into this office.
