The woman at the front desk was kind and welcoming. The tech/associate who did my initial tests/scans was very sweet, and he was good at explaining everything. Dr. Casey was fast and efficient. I would've liked it if he slowed down a bit, though. I had something to ask him/discuss, but it was hard trying to find a moment to cut in and do so. He also started trying to show me things on the computer before I could put my contacts in and actually see. But he also explained things well enough, and I was satisfied with my prescription. Some cheaper frame options would've been nice, since I don't wear my glasses often. The associate told me frames started at 200.00 which was surprising. Overall a good experience though, I'll be back in the future for my next exam for sure.

I have not seen an Optometrist for quite some time as my previous Optometrist retired. Dr. Casey was new to me. I was there for a general eye exam. I thought he was extremely thorough, professional, and friendly. He had offered glasses and contact lenses that I have never been offered before. I had called back the next morning with a few questions and Dr. Casey called me back himself in about ten or twenty minutes and answered all my questions. Approximately a week later, I was fitted for contact lenses. His office is clean and professional, his staff is friendly and professional, and the office seems to run on time. I am very pleased with this office and we'll continue my eye care here.

Dr. Casey and his entire team are absolutely wonderful. From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel welcomed and taken care of. Everyone is genuinely kind, patient, and easy to talk to. It is rare to find a clinic where both the doctor and the staff are this good. They work very well together and truly care about patient results. I highly recommend them.

i came in for the dry eye procedure! Dr Casey and staff did an excellent job walking me through step by step on what to expect! The procedure was painless and my eyes felt great afterwards!
