I just have to say, I've been going here for 3 years, the eye doctor is great!!! But today for the first time the lady who helped with the picking out the glasses and explaing things and doing measurements, well today was the first time it actually felt that she knew what she was doing she helped me explained things to me she actually communicated and made me feel really comfortable. I was extremely happy when I left. Alejandra IS TRULY AMAZING!!! THANK YOU!!!

While the office staff could benefit from strengthening some foundational skills, Dr. Waite consistently provides excellent care. He is knowledgeable, patient, and takes the time to ensure my prescription is accurate. However, the primary reason I have remained a patient for over 12 years is Lana. She has been a constant presence and is truly exceptional in her role. Lana is always welcoming, organized, and incredibly attentive. She goes above and beyond to make each visit smooth and stress-free, whether it’s coordinating appointments, answering questions, or ensuring everything runs efficiently. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for patients make a lasting impression and are a key reason I continue to return to this office.

I’ve been coming to this location for about three years for my annual exams, glasses, and contacts. In early 2025, I experienced a serious eye injury, and the team acted quickly—prioritizing my care and helping me make a smooth, speedy recovery. I truly can’t say enough good things about the care I’ve received here. Dr. Waite is exceptional—thorough, kind, and never rushed.

Been going here for years. The entire team is so helpful and professional. Lana & Dr. Waite are incredible, ClearVision has always been my go to.

I waited a while to get this off my chest, because I didn't want it to come from a bad place but considering the way it was handled. Alondra, who was absolutely pathetic in customer service and completely devoid of any accountability for making this pathetic error. Instead, when I contested her lack of accountability, she hung up on me. You would think that someone at your facility was intelligent enough to make sure that the glasses were repairable before they put brand new lenses on them. I'm going to leave this as is because this will be the review your Better Business Bureau complaint will be much more thorough i assure you. I made sure to attach the practice manager Kerry, as she did absolutely 0 resolve this. You waste a prescription lens insurance available claim on broken frames that could not be fixed. Shame on you! Since Kerry refused any way of contacting corporate, I will find a way of getting in touch with them myself. Update, this guy, John, that reached out to me, not only was completely dismissive, not even including a manager's name when I reached out to the manager. She was just as argumentative, and unhelpful is when I was in. Remember, they are the type of people that not only do not fix The Frames that you come in and pay to have fixed, but they will put in new lenses in those frames and waste your work annual prescription for your insurance. Without even making things right?That's the type of company they are.
