Stopped into the Niles location yesterday to purchase new glasses/ frames. My FIRST visit there. What a WONDERFUL experience! The employee, LuAnn could not of possibly been any more helpful!! She was pleasant, patient and very knowledgeable! Thank You for retaining such kind, respectful, pleasant employees!! I’ll be back when the need arises! Happy Holidays!!
Stopped to look at frames that were on sale for very low price. Had been there before and was happy with price and quality. A large selection of frames from $19.00 to $250. But the sale price only applied to less than a dozen styles. Store was clean and staff friendly. Parking in front was a bit awkward. Didn't find anything we liked so we didn't do business.
Excellent customer service and support. A wonderful lady named Glyde was kind, helpful, resourceful and very helpful in explaining my options. She made the experience seamless. I will be returning for future business.
Honestly came in hoping they'd take our insurance. They didn't. Asked a super sweet woman named Glyde if she'd have 2 min to tighten up current 🕶️. She did & grateful for that. Some older blonde woman behind the counter didn't make eye contact, didn't look happy to be there whatsoever. We all have bad days but you'll have less of them when you choose kindness & decency for all.
Glyde was exceptionally helpful in choosing the right frames with the right options for me! She was also very fast and efficient on having my new prescription glasses ready to wear the same day! Just amazing!! Thank you so much for a great experience!!
