The staff was friendly, patient, and took the time to answer all of our questions without making us feel rushed. They helped us both find the right pair of glasses and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. We really appreciated their professionalism and attention to detail. I was in the Niles store this week with my mom who was having difficulty with her new lens. We had a fantastic experience as Michele, the manager, I believe, calmly, professionally, and patiently explained to us that mom had dry eye macular degeneration in both her eyes. She printed off the notes for us from the eye doctor and explained everything clearly about what we needed to do to help my elderly mom with her eye problems. I was very impressed with her knowledge and desire to help us both. She was willing to go over the eye doctors notes with me line by line since I wasn't with my elderly mom when she had her appointment. I have not had such good customer service in a long time. I highly recommend this Niles location and there excellent customer service.

The ladies that helped my son and me with our exams were so very kind, personable, and knowledgeable. The new digital exams are easy and fast. The virtual meeting with the eye doctor was great. The selection of frames is fantastic. Completely satisfied with our visit!

The girls here are AMAZING! Everyone is so friendly and ready to help. The eye exams are thorough and then when it's time to order glasses they actually listen to what you need and want. They take the time to get to know you and made some great recommendations like blue light that has really helped with my headaches at work! I ended up having one of their new virtual exams and I was really impressed with how fast I was able to get in and how smoothly it went. I was even more impressed the doctor that joined us remotely took the time to pull up the photos of the back of my eye and zoom in so I could see that everything was healthy!
