Cleveland Clinic Solon Family Health Center

I've been going to Solon Cleveland clinic for many years since the 90s but yesterday February 5th had the most horrific experience from a nurse named Sade . Sada made me feel like welfare when I have the best insurance and I don't get welfare . Also while going to see the doctor. This Sada the nurse was so rude she came in the waiting room she called my name she told me 'YOU NEED "to go sign in her tone was so ugly. I stated to her that I did sign in I know how to use a computer I went downstairs and they told me you were already sign in. I also asked her how's her day going cause apparently Sada is not having a good day. She actually said "MY DAY IS GOODING FINE". I did expressed to her that why are you being so aggressive and so bully like with me. Of course I didn't get an answer. Sada brought her family problems with her to work.I was First patient of the day. I never seen anything so ugly acting in my life and especially at a doctors office. The last place that I would expect it from. Also while in the room Sada took my blood pressure she told me my numbers. I asked her was my blood pressure good bad she stated I just told you your numbers is good as a patient you would expect more explanation from a RN Nurse. You don't tell anyone "I JUST TOLD YOU" apparently she was having a really bad day that she pushed off on me. I was even afraid to mention this to the doctor I was seeing I wasn't confident that I could talk.This nurse was so hard-core. Hand ratchet what I'm sure they know. Also the doctor said Sada will be in to give you your shots. Praise the Lord another nurse came in her spot. I'm not even for sure what Sade even told that I it was not the most pleasant experience. Hopefully the administration will give her a good talking too. I just have a feeling that this could be possibly her demeanor at work also with her coworkers. Solon family health center has to know about this nurse I'm sure this is not her first time.

Kelsey did my bloodwork. It was painless. Lab techs are friendly. Best place to blood tests in the Solon/Aurora area.

Love Dr. Cobb! She's very patient and I feel is a doctor who listens and truly cares. The lab also does an excellent job. As someone who is prone to passing out with bloodwork, this has never happened to me here. Erica has done my labs several times as well as others and they are fantastic!

I am very pleased with the services I receive at the Solon Family Health Center. My PCP's office is here, along with PT services. Most recently, I have had the need to have blood draws often. Scheduling appointments make it very easy and very short waits. I also want to give a shout out to Lillian who has done my last two draws. She is respectful and kind. She takes her time and makes me feel very comfortable.

Always get excellent care - that is the good point. But - went in for a yearly physical, insurance denied and I was on hook for $1200 which is insane!!! I also decided to finally get a shingles vaccine at the appointment - each of the 2 injections were $1000 each (with insurance). So basically my Christmas gift was a $3200 bill which in responsible for. This health care system HAS TO CHANGE and instead of Cleveland Clinic leading to a more transparent and reasonable system - they are litteraly stealing from its patients. Time to find new hospital / clinic for me!!!
