If I could give no stars I would. I drove 40 minutes for an appointment only to get there and the doctors is running 30 minutes behind. That’s fine no problem but 10 minutes after that the nurse came out and said he was ahour behind, but more like two hours. How does that even happen?
Dr Arthur Boyd is by far, hands down, without a doubt the worst Dr I could ever even imagine having to deal with. He fails horribly at communication and will ghost you without a second thought if he simply does not want to communicate. I was happy to see a younger man, who was also a minority in this position and is why I chose him. Big mistake on my part. Will never even step foot inside this location or anywhere he works.
Waited in the exam room for over an hour before the doctor came. Nurses were rude and the atmosphere was extremely unpleasant. Once the doctor did come in she was ok. Was not able to bring up everything I had wanted to not only because I felt rushed but I didn’t want to be there for over 3 hours for a check up.
Hey family Metro Bedford is a medical facility I've been coming to before it was Metro. Nice staff and very good medical practioners *****UPDATE***** We continue to get quality service at this location. We would like to give a shout out Customer service rep Cal for being efficient and in helping and assisting us with my mom's appointment
The atmosphere is horrible the most unprofessional people I ever seen. The receptionist that check in people were laughing at patients I'm never coming back to this ghetto environment again. The black bald man with glasses on was talking about people. Just ghetto with my anxiety I can't deal with the ignorance
