I went to get glasses today and the experience was top notch. The optician Dr. Hani was very friendly and thoroughly explained each line item of my prescription. He volunteered information about my expected outcomes based on my age and current prescriptions. He also took the time to draw a diagram to ensure my understanding and called for insurance verification needs during our appointment. Despite having plenty of other customers, Dr. Hani went above and beyond and ordered my glasses to accommodate my travel needs. The care and attention provided was unexpected but refreshing and made me feel like a valued customer. I highly recommend this business and optician who is not just passionate about his specialty but also truly cares for his customers.

On 5/19/2026 I went here to get a contact lens exam by Dr. Marcella Vizmuller and she told me that my insurance does not cover my exam even though her name is in my network. She told me I had to pay $70 for my exam so I did. Just yesterday I received a breakdown and a claim that she put in to my Insurance company for payment for the exam and my insurance paid her! I then contacted the insurance company and they called the office but she wasn’t there. Since my insurance paid her, the mob was deducted from my allotment that would pay for lens and glasses. There’s no telling how many people she has done this to I was just the only one who read my mail. This is insurance fraud that she has been doing for a long time and she has gotten away with it for years and that’s why she probably lost her own office in downtown Bedford! I will be coming to get my refund on Monday when she returns and furthermore I still can’t see clear after this exam. She is a fraud

I’ve been a loyal customer of OPTI‑VISION 4 U, for several years, purchasing three pairs of glasses and lenses totaling close to $2,000. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was so unacceptable that I won’t be returning. I came back to return a pair of glasses that were poorly fitted and had a no‑line bifocal that wasn’t aligned correctly. Despite paying $490 for this pair alone, the owner, Hani, refused to offer any refund or meaningful solution. After years of giving them my business, I was shocked at how dismissive and unprofessional he was. To make matters worse, the receipts provided were handwritten and did not appear to be legitimate or standard for an optical business. The situation escalated to the point where the police had to be called due to the owner’s behavior and refusal to resolve the issue properly. Based on this experience, I can’t recommend this place to anyone. The lack of customer service, questionable business practices, and unwillingness to stand behind their products make this a business I can no longer trust.

Always working with my 3 kids with autism, they are so sweet and helpful with them. Great customer services!
