Staff was nice, but the 2 hour appointment and 3 different ways of checking my prescription before seeing the doctor is absolutely insane. Walked in thinking it was just like any normal eye dr where you see your doctor within 5-10 minutes of being there, but that was not the case. They have you do a pre appointment, appointment where they check everything twice before seeing the doctor. Then when you see the doctor you have to do it again to confirm again. I decided to not do my contact exam that same day being unsure of the extra charges that day, was told to call back and they’d be able to get me in and do a quick exam to get my contact prescription. When I called to try to schedule it I was told it would still be 1.5-2 hours for this appointment also. I understand it’s “different” from my glasses prescription but not enough to where it should have to take that long. As a mom, it’s hard to find enough time and babysitters to accommodate an appointment that typically would only be 30 minutes at any other eye doctor.

Everyone was wonderful friendly yet professional. Last eye clinic I went to didn't impress me in the least. Had a double vision problem that I mentioned at exam but was informed I didn't. When I picked up glasses I did but was so disgusted with how I was treated I wouldn't go back. Kind of happy I don't have a working TV originally went because of commercials and the good deals they were offering that were just come on to get you in.
Only because you have to wait at least an hour after your appointment time or longer to be called back that's definitely to long but the reception and care team is so respectful, and great to talk to sometimes just work on the timing no one should have to sit in an office 1pm til almost closing never you should have days that's less busy if that's the case.my Dr. I love her she is very passionate, patient and understanding. She explains everything ❤️✨️🌟
I must 1st thank the front desk both ladies so pleasant, then rhe vision assistant she was so informative, kind, her laughter & conversation was so therapeutic felt like I knew her forever. And Dr Olding just as beautiful in/out lovely characteristics, very professional and caring. Then the optical staff who orders the glasses those 2 ladies were very friendly & funny they made my day as well as everyone who I named much better then the Metro Hospital vision center.
I was quoted 3 weeks for my glasses to be ready, after 3 weeks and multiple attempts to call the clinic without success and my voicemail not being returned, I went in person to get a status update. My glasses were not ready due to whoever they send the prescription information out to not telling them the glasses I picked were no longer an option (by the worker's response, this was not the first time something like this happened with who they send it off to and something more should be done about the inconvenience). I was given the extension number to the front desk since I told the female worker that none of my phone calls were being answered, just for them to not answer the extension when I called over five times throughout the day and having to plan to go in person again just to have a question answered. Finally, after more than 4 weeks without having glasses that I need and I don't wear contacts, I was able to pick them up.
