Came to the express care and had a great experience. I didn’t wait long before I was pulled back. The staff was nice from to time I walked in , until the time I left . They didn’t make me feel rushed , or like I wasn’t supposed to be there . The NP Vicky was very patient and answered all of my questions. I would recommend for all express care (non life threatening ) needs
What’s the point of noting in the MyChart app that you’ll be arriving late. Just for the receptionist to explain that the provider never checked the notes. And now won’t take my child who has a serious cough. Also, to inform me that the next afternoon appointment that’s available is next Wednesday. Mind blowing. It’s a whole week! Are you serious?
Parking is horrible with that being said finally got into building 10 mins after appt time. It took another 25 mins for the receptionist to get in touch with Andrea H. Several times! Only for her to say reschedule. Andrea H. Has no compassion or patience for the elderly/stroke/cancer patient that she turned away simply because no one could get in contact with her during the appointment time, this lady should not be working in this field with the type of attitude she has. We only chose this facility because its close to home but I will drive 30 miles away to be treated better with concerned care.
I came here to visit their express care because it’s closer to my job than my home and I wanted to be seen . I’ve been here for 3 hours now ! And afraid to leave cause I work everyday and won’t find time to. Don’t waist your time unless u don’t have transportation and time to spare waiting I advise go elsewhere. Express care my ass ! Then I sat close to the door that leads back to hear my name , and they claimed they called me twice I ended up there for 4 hours when called I was in and out in like ten minutes. Waste of the day .
It was hard to get a hold of the pharmacist controlling my diabetic medication. On top of that he treated me as a child. He did not want to be there and grabbed his hair every time I asked him something. The other lady I saw last year was way nicer
