Very friendly, nice office great staff! Dr. Frantz took his time and answered my question without making me feel like he had to rush to the next patient, the tech was thorough and Steve was great in helping me pick out my new frames. Recommend!

Easiest eye exam ever. Tech got drops in my eyes and did the pressure check with no issues. Dr Franz is always nice. In and out in under 1 hr.
First time here due to insurance in-network. The lady at check out was not nice. She was gonna charge me for contact lenses fitting. I already checked with my insurance and its covered, if I didn't correct her she might have charged me. She is not knowledgeable. Bring cash when you come there. They surcharge 3% on everything when you pay with credit card. It's a doctor's office and charging extra for using credit card! Even the Eyewear store surcharge 3% if you pay with credit card. I hope they inform the patients before the appointment so they are aware and bring cash or other form of payments. The lady who did the exam was really nice and thoughtful. The wait of the doctor check up was taking so long. Appt at 8.15am went out at 9.45am.
Easy to get in. The exam went very well and everything well explained. Ordered new glasses and the costs and options were also well explained.
Really long wait times in between tests and procedures but everything went well, everyone was polite, nice, informative and made me feel comfortable...would highly recommend to anyone dealing with cataracs...
