Clinicas Del Camino Real

This was my first time visiting this Fillmore location since my office didn’t have any availability soon enough. I knew I should have waited. When I got checked in not only was the receptionist very unwelcoming and unfriendly but she was eating her lunch or snack at the desk. When I got called in by the medical assistant for Nathalie Herrera, I greeted her and said “hi” and she did not respond back, not one word. She just looked at me and took me to a room to check my vitals. As I sat down, I couldn’t believe that this medical assistant was wearing a full on sports Jersey. Which that made me feel so uncomfortable, It was gross since it’s not sanitary what’s so ever! and made me feel very uncomfortable since she was just looking at me so weird. Since when did the dress code change?? When this assistant took me to the room they were playing loud music in the back, Everything felt so dirty! Unsanitized and unpleasant. To make matters even worse. When I finally met “Ms. Herrera” she was so rude! unfriendly, no smile what so ever! My MD here at Clinicas, and him being a doctor not a simple PA, is so professional, friendly and nice, always with a good and positive Attitude, something that’s this PA lacks. Had to ask her if she was going to help me with my issue or not since she didn’t know what she was doing. I was supposed to leave with some test to take home and they weren’t even equipped with the right tools. The assistant came in and gave me the test that didn’t have the proper things to do it myself at home and I asked how am I supposed to take the test? Where the rest of the stuff that I need? She gave me a shoulder shrug, and said I don’t know! REALLY???!!! Clinicas, is this the type of people you hire?? Never again will I ever go here. Never seen an office of Clinicas that lack professionalism, etiquette manners, and cleanliness. Fillmore office 0 stars!

I came here to the dentist with Dr. Davis and he is great!! He was so gentle and talked me through it because I have major anxiety about the dentist and I swear I didn’t even feel the needle in my gums!! He cleaned my teeth really well and was really knowledgeable. Seemed like he actually enjoyed his job and cared! Thanks clinicas

Great staff, very attentive and helpful. They make the dentist office not so scary for myself and my little one. Fillmore office is great Dr. Nguyen & Dr. Davis are very kind and gentle, informative and professional. I never felt rushed in or out. They take time for each patients needs.

My granddaughter recently had a visit for her teeth and the doctor was really rude and made her feel very bad about her teeth, she went in there to get her teeth fixed not to get her feelings hurt. She came out wanting to cry. Her last dentist at this clinicas was not as rude as this doctor.

I called in with a dental emergency late in the day. I was given an appointment for the following morning, which was definitely acceptable based on my condition. I was quickly processed in and began prep for tooth extraction minutes after arrival. Everyone was friendly, professional and helpful. The dentist and assistants were all clearly skilled in their profession and had very reassuring and professional attitudes. I always felt in good hands and the entire experience was a positive one.
