Dr. Waseer is amazing! One of the most kindest dentist I ever had. She is knowledgeable, helpful, informative, and patient. She approaches you with such professionalism and with a calming demeanor that always eases my anxiety. She provides great care and always checks on my chronic conditions before starting. I am disabled and she always checks to see if I am doing okay or if I am comfortable. She takes her time in explaining things and if you do not understand, she tries her best to explain it another way for you to understand. Dr. Waseer is the epitome of a great dentist! She treats me with dignity and respect. She is passionate about her job and genuinely cares about her patients. The assistant Yvette was very friendly, accommodating, and patient. Yvette accomadated my disability without hesitation and with great patience. She made me feel comfortable to be there. The ladies at the front desk Alondra and Isabella always provide exceptional customer service. They always greet me with a genuine smile. They are always so helpful and informative. They always look happy to be there. Overall this is a great place to go for dental care especially since they are staffed with wonderful people! Thank you all for everything!

Rudest little girls working here!! Out of all the clinicas I’ve been to horrible service! I get they just got out of school and barely know what they are doing but they need to work on there tone and how they speak to a patient that’s the entire part and ethic of being a part of medical team.

This visit was good. They seem to have enough attendance at the front desk to handle us when we arrived. Sometimes there are 20 or more patients waiting in the waiting room, and it can be chaotic because many patients have several family members that come with them. Today, however, there were only two other patients Checking in. We were taken back for our appointment almost immediately. Our doctor visit was handled in a timely manner. The doctor was able to answer some questions that we had about future delivery of medicines to our designated drugstore Also. Everything was fine.

Most of the staff is nice, however they are constantly canceling my appointments last minute and rescheduling MONTHS out. This is frustrating because I constantly need to take work off. After two canceled appointments in a row, I show up to my appointment the other day and they canceled it randomly for a third time without any notice, no call, no text. The receptionist felt bad and was able to get me in, however I was there for 2.5 hours for an appointment that should’ve been no more than 45 minutes. Also, their communication is horrible. I went back and forth about knowing if I was getting my eyes dilated or not last minute which was frustrating because I had to coordinate a ride last minute due to blurred vision when getting my eyes dilated. My ride wanted an hour just for me to find out that I wasn’t getting them dilated. Super super frustrating. I’m on the spectrum and I was in tears because of all of this nonsense. Do better!!

I did it again, just showed up, they fit me in, and schedule me to do a fasting test next morning to see how general health is. Nice, competent staff, know exactly what they are doing. Great professionals lucky to have them so close and ready to keep me healthy. The installations are modern and they are super accessible. I am a true fan, no need to go anywhere else.
