Always wonderful experience! I missed my appointment, but able to get appointment the next day, of which very surprised! And soon I signed in, Dr. Tiffany Nguyen greeted me right away! Wow! That’s a plus and the way she checked my eyes was awesome! Of course, I believed all the staffs are great & wonderful serving patients! Great experience! GOD bless you all!
I've been having constant problems with double vision. The Optometrist explained it as eye fatigue. I came to Miramar and Dr Trotter for a second opinion. I was truly surprised by Dr Trotters diagnosis and complete explanations as to what was truly wrong. He spent significant time with me. He made the appropriate referrals. I was completely happy and satisfied with my experience. I will make all my recommendations to Mirramar and Dr William Trotter.
I was greeted promptly upon checking in. As I waited at the lobby, I observed how the 2 ladies greeted the other patients. They were very professional, acknowledging with smiles and understanding, assisted patients filled out forms with courtesy. Thanks to dr fang for his attentiveness and understanding.
I have been taking my son to Miramar specialist for 10 years. They staff is always being friendly. The doctors have always talked to my son at age appropriate. I appreciate they makes us feel welcome.

The staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional, and the doctor took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. The exam was thorough, everything was explained clearly, and I felt well taken care of throughout my visit.
