Im giving a very satisfactory good service for Mike of xray and Jordan of ultrasound both of Radiology dept. And receptionist named " amina ive included the nice n friendly manager named ( Annette) from a loyal very satisfied patient named ( Joey E.) Mr. 5Stars !

I made four separate trips to this office for the same issue and received different answers each time. Despite multiple requests, I was never able to speak with my doctor, and communication throughout this process was extremely poor. My time did not feel respected, and the repeated mistakes caused unnecessary stress. After everything I experienced, I left feeling like I was not treated fairly as a patient. I hope the practice reviews how patients are treated and improves its communication and follow-up so others don’t have the same experience.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at AdvantageCare Physicians, 1050 Clove Rd, Staten Island. This is now my THIRD very bad experience with this facility. The first gastroenterologist failed to properly send or explain the colonoscopy preparation medication and instructions. The second time, after I completed the full prep for my colonoscopy, the procedure was canceled almost one hour before the appointment. Both doctors were from this same facility. Now the same thing is happening again with cardiology. I visited the heart doctor on April 21, 2026. I was told to stop exercise and bike riding until further testing. I completed my echocardiogram around April 29 and stress test around May 5. Today is May 23, and after repeatedly calling and messaging many times, I am still being told they “do not have the results yet.” Because of this delay, my normal activity has been stopped for almost a month, and as a diabetic patient my sugar levels have been getting worse from stress and lack of exercise. Patients deserve proper communication, timely results, and basic respect for their time and health. Very frustrating and exhausting experience.

I went to my appoitment today at the medical clinic and i was very dissatisfied with with my visit here because the staff was very rude all of them and they told me to go to urgent care if I'd like to be taken care of. Every single person who worked here looked rude and sick of their job. I had an appointment set for the last week and when I showed up today they said that I did not have any appointment and did not help me. Do not come here for help with anything they all hate their jobs

The NP was rude and dismissive, and said there’s nothing she can do for a cough, vomiting, headache, fatigue, and red tonsils since the Strep test was negative. Symptoms continued for 2 more days before I bought an at-home flu test and it was positive! Unfortunately, it was too late for Tamiflu at this point..
