After waiting an hour and 20 minutes I just left. I have a ganglion cyst in my wrist that I needed checked out. I showed up on time for my appointment. I had already completely checked in online and uploaded my ID and Insurance and completed all the check in and consent forms. When I got there she said she needed it all again. When I insisted I did it - she said “oh it just popped up”. Then waited 20 minutes. Got escorted back to an exam room. They took X-rays without even asking me what the issue was (ganglion cysts don’t show up on X-rays) got put back in an exam room and sat there for over 40 minutes before leaving and asking for them to refund my copay. I’m INFURIATED. Regardless of not even seeing the doctor in an hour and 20 minutes. No one even asked me what was going on or what the problem was. I haven’t had an experience that bad in a very long time.

I can honestly say there is only one, (1) good thing about this nightmarish, supposed Medical Clinic. The physician that I saw Dr. Khalil, neurologist is brilliant fantastic Doctor with 50 years of experience, and has a good heart good man..... .. Other than that I've never dealt with more incompetent folks in my life,, it's either the clerical or office staff or whoever that deals with insurance companies or Tricare or Community Care, totally incompetent has no idea what they're doing.. they've sent in multiple, multiple forms and they were all denied over and over nbecause they were not sent incorrectly, missing information, or sent to the wrong department.. I have been fighting weekly, for several months now, doing the legwork as a go between to get this accomplished, and was told by by community care that I shouldn't be the one having to doing this, because they should know what they're doing over there.. Do not try to call. It always goes to a recording and will NEVER ever will return your call. I do not blame the employees at all, I suspect it is the Cheap, Greedy physicians businessman that on this outfit. Fortunately the only time that I will be dealing with these incompetent people. . iF, I ever get treatment fortunately this will be the last and only time I will have to deal with stress and headache.

Horrible staff called and mad a plain drove over 45 minutes to not be seen because they didn't communicate or want to honor their word. And unwilling to listen and interrupted every time we tried to talk and acted like they were better then us.

They have some good specialists; however office staff are very unprofessional. They do not seem to care in the least about patients and are often not only insensitive, but rude. Most are not at all helpful.

Chris and Maria the technician were so wonderful how they treated my elderly dad at this facility. He needed a petscan and he is in poor physical health and they did everything to make him comfortable. He's hard of hearing and they never lost there patients with him. They were so kind. Side note: Narvi at the front desk was really nice to him as well.
