Everything went smoothly. Front one station to another. However, it would have been nice to know that the appt. would last for 4 + hours. I had to cancel another appt I had scheduled and since I live in Alvin, drive time & appt. tine, I needed to have a friend let my dogs outside. I had to be gone over 5 hours. Had I known the appt would last this last so long I would have made arrangements in advance for what would be needed.

The office staff was great, friendly. The assistants doing tests were thorough and efficient, helpful and friendly. The doctor explained procedure up to cataract scanning prescribing dry eye drops to use until scanning procedures. I would highly recommend this facility
Everyone was incredibly helpful! Every step from helping us to find the location when we scheduled until the appointment and every step throughout the appointment was a wonderful experience. What a fantastic staff they have and we not only feel confident in the medical outcomes, but we feel well cared for throughout the process.
I found the doctor and staff were knowledgeable and respectful. The BIG problem I had and heard other patients complaining about was how long the appointment was taking. It would have been much better if we were told in advance how long we would be there. I expected maybe an hour but I ended up being there for over 4 hours which would’ve been ok if I knew in advance I would be there that long. Thankfully I didn’t have other commitments that day.
Everyone was pleasant, but I was there from 1pm to 5:10. After dilation it was close to one hour before they came back. Yes there was quite a bit of explaining procedure, but building was locked, everyone gone, except me and schedule lady.
