The staff and Dr. Jaqueline branding are fantastic. The doctor was not rushed at all and very detailed. They have state of the art equipment and also performed more tests than any other eye doctor I have ever been to. I plan on bringing my parents to see Dr.Brending . I feel she has the sweet temperament and patience needed to work with seniors or anyone for that matter. I highly recommend her. 👍👍👍

I had a very frustrating experience with this eye center. Their prices already seem high, but what really bothered me was the lack of transparency and professionalism. On my first visit, I was quoted $188 to get my frames prescribed, which I was told was the most affordable option available for my prescription. When I returned on a different day, another employee quoted me $320. When I asked why the price had increased so much, she simply shrugged her shoulders and couldn’t provide an explanation. I then asked to speak with the employee who originally helped me. She immediately explained that the $320 price was actually for a premium option and that the $188 option was still available. This left me wondering why the other employee only presented the most expensive option and failed to mention there were lower-cost alternatives. What disappointed me most wasn’t just the pricing confusion—it was the complete lack of knowledge, communication, and concern when I asked reasonable questions. If you’re going to offer different pricing options, your staff should be able to explain them clearly and professionally instead of shrugging their shoulders and acting like they don’t care. I left feeling like I was being pushed toward a more expensive purchase without being given all the information needed to make an informed decision. Based on my experience, I can’t recommend this place. Just go to Sam’s or Walmart. Their staff and prices are WAYYY better!
The intern was great! Was detailed and took time to do all the tests before calling the doctor. The doctor is experienced. This was my first visit; however, I had seen her work when my wife, son, and daughter visited her. She takes time and goes over everything in detail.
The environment is very welcoming and laid back. They have great customer service. They take time and go over your results with you while explaining the details. I've been there customer for a few years now. They are very professional and I highly recommend them.
UPDATE!!! I previously had a frustrating experience, but I believe in giving credit where it’s due. After getting a second opinion, I returned today to have my glasses reframed—and the experience was completely different. The representative I worked with today was exceptional. She took the time to explain every option and guided me toward the best frame and lens for my prescription. What stood out most is that she didn’t just go along with what I thought I wanted—she used her expertise to recommend what was actually best for me. That level of experience and care made all the difference. I walked out with frames that truly fit my needs, and I’m very happy with the result. Because of this experience, I’m updating my review to 5 stars. PAST POST!!! I’ve been a patient at this eye doctor’s office for years, and I’ve always had a great experience with the doctor. They are knowledgeable, professional, and truly care about their patients—that part has never been the issue. Unfortunately, the front office has been a completely different experience. The staff seems inexperienced and unprofessional. I’ve had to return three separate times just to get my glasses adjusted, and they are still not fitting properly. At this point, I’ll need to find another place with more experienced staff to fix something that should have been handled correctly the first time. On top of that, I was told my glasses would be ready in two weeks, but it took three and I had to call them myself to even find that out. There was no proactive communication. It’s disappointing because the doctor is excellent, but the front office experience has gone downhill. Because of this, I won’t be returning.
