My visit started off a little more complicated than I expected. It’s a large eye clinic, so there were several stops along the way, moving from one room to another for different parts of the exam. I think the experience would be even better if it were a little more streamlined. That said, once I finally met the doctor, everything changed. She was incredibly kind, thorough, friendly, and genuinely seemed excited to take great care of my eyes. She took the time to explain everything and made me feel confident that my eye health was her priority. I also appreciated that I never felt pressured into buying expensive glasses. Instead, the focus was on giving me a comprehensive eye exam and making sure my eyes were healthy. That level of care is what matters most to me. Despite the longer process, I’ll definitely be back because I know I’m receiving excellent, thorough care from a doctor who truly cares about her patients.
