Coal Creek Family Vision

I had an eye exam today and was seen by Dr. Kimberly Pandiangan. She was polite and professional and answered all my questions about my eyeballs. The desk staff was friendly, and so was the woman who fit me for my frames. I would consider most of the frames higher end but it is Newcastle I guess. They did have a small selection of ‘free’ glasses that were covered by my insurance and I was able to find a pair that I liked.

I recently took my elderly mother in for an eye exam. The staff were so kind and so patient with her; And I cannot say enough about Dr. Pandingan. She took time and care with my mother. She did an excellent exam and fully explained all of her findings and recommendations. I cannot think Coal Creek Family Vision Center enough. I will be transferring my care to them for my next eye exam.

This was my first time going to a clinic rather than a hospital for glasses, and it was an outstanding experience. I walked in for my appointment and was taken back within a few minutes by a technician. Dr. Pandiangan was personable and provided clear explanations. Afterwards, I worked with an optician who was very helpful in guiding me through my indecisiveness, style preferences, and price range. I would highly recommend this location for your next pair of glasses.
