Believe the reviews! I’m so glad I did. Best eye exam ever…although, I admit I am not a complicated case. That didn’t stop Dr. Crowell from working with different methods to make sure he got the exact right prescription for me and explained why it has changed since I first needed glasses. In addition, he informed me of a slight abnormality with my optic nerves, which no other optometrist had explained. He made sure I knew it is not concerning, but is good to know in case it ever comes up in the future. I really appreciated his care in the exam and explaining things thoroughly and in a way that was understandable and helpful. On top of that, Jennifer and Jason at the front desk, were wonderful! They priced out the options on lenses based on my insurance to make sure I wouldn’t be paying way over my coverage. They also helped me find the right glasses and put up with all my indecision. I am so thankful for their help and honest feedback on which frames looked best. I would highly recommend Eyes on Sunset to everyone!

I had great care from Dr. Crowell. This is a newer office, very clean and new modern equipment. Dr. Cromwell was knowledgeable, listened well, and provided great explanations. The staff was kind and communicative prior to arrival so there were no surprises with insurance.

Dr Mai Nguyen is an excellent doctor that has taken care of our family for many years. She is pleasant, knowledgeable and really efficient with time. This brand new location is very nice, clean and well managed. Jennifer and the rest of the staff are always very professional, very helpful with scheduling and responsive. Great experience!
