Fantastic eye care team! I have been with Coen for 4 years now and every time I go in the staff is warm and friendly, well informed and helpful. Each team member made my last visit very special. I love that they have a wide selection of eye glasses. The office staff are so friendly and helpful. Dr. Coan takes his time to listen to your concerns and he is so knowledgeable. My whole family trust this office and they are open on Saturdays to accommodate you if you have a busy schedule.
As always, a very welcoming atmosphere. I visited the Clermont office and the staff is incredibly friendly and always has my information ready to go. Dr. Coan is easy to talk to, great with patients, and the visit was so efficient - I was in and out in no time. I highly recommend Coan eye care!
I went in December for an eye exam as it’s been a while since my last. Scheduling it was easy online and done quickly! Dr. Coan and all the staff were very kind. I recently called to obtain my prescription via email or online and they answered asap and were able to send me my patient portal all under 30 mins. Great experience :)
Appointment are actually at the time you scheduled, receptionist is friendly and very pleasant, I liked her. I saw 2 Doctors, both were extremely helpful and answered all of my concerns and questions. Checkout process is quick and also a friendly gentleman was very nice. They are my go to place for eye care and I am very satisfied with the people who service my needs and makes it a very satisfying visit and experience.
