Great location...staff was kind. Don't have dentist insurance & lost a filling. They took great care of me for a fraction of the cost if I went to my regular dentist. Recommend 100% if you need help & don't have insurance for dentist or medicial.
I had a telahealth appointment after my sister. She got the call and they finished talking to her and everything was fine. She told me they texted her first for some questions or something like that instead of sending the website first so she warned me I might have to do the same. I waited,no text,no call not even a email. Mine was literally maybe 15 minutes after her. It was 12:00 for her, mine was 12:15. I waited patiently thinking maybe they were just handling someone else but around 12:40 i called them and said they'd email the doctor to tell me I was waiting for him. Little did I know they closed at 1pm till I looked on Google maps for them to make sure I was calling the right place. So I wasted my whole time trying to call them when all they could have done was tell me I need to reschedule due to issues at least. They really need to be more informative with patients if they can't get them in for a appointment. I can't keep going to winter garden to meet them face to face due to home issues. So I can't know if they are busy o short staff or cramped with appointments or if they forgot about it or anything.
It is what it is. I just wish when you ask for a refill and they say yes but give you something less effective without telling you is poor communication skills. I had to ask them to repeat themselves several times because I couldn't understand them. When I mentioned an issue with my eye they wouldn't let me get close enough to show them. I felt like the nurse practitioner was fearfull of me... It was the wierdest appointment ever. She even said "at your age you only need 4 hrs sleep... Whatever... Thanks Brandon. P.s. pharmacy is quick and pleasant to deal with. Associates at front are spectacular. Building is clean and unexpectedly nice inside.
The dental team and my dentist were excellent. They explained all of my options and made me feel comfortable in my dental emergency situation. I was extremely happy with the quality of care and their customer service.
I have been taking my children for dental services and it has always been great! Staff is very nice and professional!
