Oh my goodness! The visit was over the top. From the minute we walked in the door to the time we left was amazing. We were greeted with an amazing staff. They were very friendly and professional, a breath of fresh air. Meeting Dr. Kimble she was very professional and knowledgeable about our needs and explained everything about the exam and answered all of our questions and concerns.Made us feel like we were in good hands. So glad that we have found New Vision Care!😊🙏🏽🌹

Super nice staff and wonderful ophthalmologist. She was very thorough. She even picked out some glasses herself she thought would look good on me. Overall, great experience. It was my son’s first experience at 13 putting contacts in and they were so kind, encouraging and patient with him. If I had one request, it would be that they had the prices on the glasses displayed so you didn’t have to ask the price of each pair. We will definitely be back :)

I had an excellent experience at this office from start to finish. The optometrist was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly during my exam. I truly felt cared for and never rushed. The staff was just as amazing — welcoming, friendly, and very organized. They made the entire process smooth and comfortable. It’s rare to find a medical office where everyone is so attentive and kind. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for outstanding eye care and exceptional customer service. I came here because it was the one place with same day availability and it’s in a great location near me. Right off the bat I felt extremely welcomed, the place was clean, aesthetic, colorful, and a breath of fresh air I wasn't accustomed to when coming into a doctor’s office. The front desk greeted me with the most genuine smile and spoke so patiently. The doctor got me in no time and the entire process went smoothly and efficiently with no hiccups or long waits. It showed they prioritized my time. The entire staff was extremely helpful, understanding. and friendly. Their glasses selection is great with varied prices, styles, and brands. I was able to get my eye exam and glasses purchased with everything set up and ready to go within an hour. The staff is super transparent about their prices and will recommend to you what is suited for your needs and not just what is more pricey making it tailored and affordable for you. I don’t usually write reviews but I asked for the link because I had such an amazing experience a review was needed. Thank you New Vision Center, I could not recommend them more!!

I’m a new patient here at New Vision Care in Winter Garden, Florida. From the moment I walked into the office, as a new patient, this team here is exceptional. Very welcoming knowledgeable wonderful care and then I walked in and met Dr. Kimball. She is awesome. She made me feel very at ease as she answered all of my questions.. Dr. Kimble took her time with me and made sure that I felt comfortable throughout my eye exam.
